TENANT SCREENING AND SELECTION

                                                                                   
We require recent paystubs or other income verification, and a copy of their identification, and a copy of their identification. We run a credit report on each applicant.  The credit report gives us an indication of timely manner.  We also use the credit report to verify past residences, alias, names & situations.  The property owner is given final say in selection of the tenant.


RENT COLLECTION AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES

                                                                                   
Each month, our property owners receive a report on the operation of their property and type of property.  Our goal is to give each property owner a clear understanding.  

Transaction Register: Shows all income received and any checks written on behalf.

Year-End Reporting: Each client receives a Year End Statement and IRS Form Preparer.

Vendor 1099 Reporting and Filing: We file any necessary Form 1099
